Delivery Policy

PrakharOne is online clinic software (software as a service) used in a web browser at clinic.prakharveda.com. Nothing physical is shipped or delivered, and there are no delivery charges. "Delivery" means access to your clinic account.

When you get access

• Sign-up: your clinic account opens at once, as soon as you confirm your e-mail with the code we send. The 30-day free trial starts the same moment.
• Online payment: the plan becomes active as soon as the payment is successful.
• Bank transfer or UPI to our account: enter the transaction reference (UTR) on the Plan & payments page; we activate the plan within 1 working day of receiving the money.

The GST tax invoice for each payment can be downloaded from the Plan & payments page of your account.

PrakharOne is offered to clinics in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.

Access not working?

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to sales@appsites.in or call +91 86195 62437 with your clinic name and the transaction ID, and we will set it right.
